Create an app where a communication can be pushed from the central website or central location to multiple recipients and a one on one message that can be sent from the user to central user. In addition to just sending the notification there has to be a provision to get a report on delivery time and the time when the message was read. Phase II- should be to route the message to specific users within the central user group. The app has to be compatible to both IOS and Android. Use Ionic and AWS
