Self-Improvement Mobile Web Prototype with Cordova/PhoneGap - Full Stack Developer

Hello, I'm looking for a full-stack developer to help create the prototype for a self-improvement mobile web app using Apache Cordova to package for Android and iOS devices. This initial version requires two core features; a content delivery system and the Administration panel. The content system presents users with pre-created tasks to complete and needs the ability for the Administrator to set rules / restrictions for which tasks can be accessed as the user completes the tasks. The Admin panel needs to be able to add/remove/edit users and to create / edit the content that users view. I have more detailed specifications when we speak. This first version is meant to be a prototype for testing and marketing, after which I have many additional features and options to add including difficulty settings, UI enhancements, network capabilities, and full back-end integration. I have many months of work available to the right developer. I have a fully rendered interactive mock-up of the app, as well as design documents and expectations which I can share in detail once you start. There are many upcoming features that need to be considered while developing the prototype, even if they aren't implemented in this version. The prototype does not need to be polished but it does need to look presentable and demonstrate the core features. It must be coded with the expectation that additional features will be added later, so good coding practices like logical variable names and code comments are very important.
