Write an iPhone application

Looking for a developer for a car repair app. Its an app to help car owners find a tech in their area and fix their vehicles posting jobs with their phone. Customer buys the parts from a local auto parts store and posts a job via app. App is not for selling/buying car parts, its for finding a tech. Mechanics / people that know about fixing cars have the same app and are looking for posted jobs in their area or county and bid on it. Cheapest or closest bidder wins, its up to the Customer. App needs to have a database of all makes and models from 1990 to 2016 and parts. menu with year make model engine gas/diesel vin etc. Example: Mary posts a job that she needs to change a battery on her 2006 Honda Civic. Mary purchased the battery from local auto store. Mechanics see the ad and reply/bid i.e. $50. Mary accepts the bid. App collects 15% fee $7.50 and brings Customer and Tech together changing contact information. Great techs get great reviews and 5 stars. App is to bring techs and car owners together and get the job done at Customer's home/office etc. No need to go to dealer or repair shop. payment with credit card.
