Write an iPhone application

Hi, We are a software and web development company and we are looking for someone who can develop applications for IPhone. We have some ideas for making a couple of our own in-house applications. Below are the general details of the one of our projects: Classifieds and yellow pages project - This will be an application combining the features of a yellow page application and a classifieds application. Basic features will include management of categories, support for relative queries when searching for something in a particular area, maintaining logs and history of user actions and as part of user profile maintenance, subscription using PUSH service, payment integration using standard iApp payment methods, compatibility with social networking websites etc. You can take a look at [login to view URL] as we will need a few of its features as part of our application. Also for mapping addresses, reverse geo coding would be preferred by us. Both of the above projects will be apps as well as websites (for administration). We would prefer the backend to be made in .NET with SQL Server. Also note that some of the features of the apps will be free for the end user while some of them will be paid. So good security mechanism will be needed. The apps must be compatible with all versions of iOS. We also don't have any web services developed so the developer will be responsible for the development of needed web services also. Please note that the above details are very abstract.
