I need a couple of things changed in perldesk. They should be pretty simple, I think ???
The drop down list that displays when a user creates a ticket displays the departments in alphabetical order, I would like to change this and have support show as the first/default department.
Also would like to change the sort order of the tickets... when a user or staff or admin displays the tickets, resolved, or unresolved, it starts with the oldest to newest and I would like it to be newest to oldest, so that old tickets are on page 17, not todays!
