I need a membership website script created in PHP. Basically members can post offers so other members can submit feedback or testimonials to the owner of the offer. All this will be done using online forms. The script will also need to have a one tier affiliate program as well. Admin section: View all member's and their details. Send personalized email to all members. See how many testimonials or feedbacks submitted or requested See the feedback or testimonial submitted by the member. See all affiliates and their details Track their active downline members so they can be paid monthly. Send affiliates personalized email See how many hits they have generated. Member's area Main page will display 5 sponsored testimonial requests, title and description. Link to modify profile Profile page will have first name, last name, city, state, country, url and ability to upload a 70 x 80 pixel gif and whether or not they want email notifications when feedback or testimonials are submitted. Link to feedback request These will be displayed like the projects are on scriptlance. All in a row based on time submitted and time til they expire. Link to testimonial request Displayed the same as the feedback requests. Link to forum I will be using WebBBS for the forum and will need a link to it. Link to support This will link to a support form. Link to Submit a request This form will allow you to select either feedback or testimonial. You then enter a title and the request. Link to Open requests This will take you to your Feedback listing Page Displays all the titles of the listings. Clicking on the title opens to that listing page. On listing page will be the whole offer and below will be a form to submit your feedback. You will need to enter your username before submitting feedback so it can be recorded so I can see it in the admin section. Testimonial listings Displays all the titles of the listings. Clicking on the title opens to that listing page. On listing page will be the whole offer and below will be a form to submit your testimonial and a form to submit feedback. If a testimonial is filled out then when it is submitted it is counted, and the members username, the testimonial and the username of the member who posted the offer goes into the database. An email will be sent to the person who posted the request so they know about it if that is checked in their profile. Same thing if feedback form is completed. Open request page This will show all your open feedback or testimonial requests. Clicking on a title will open to a page that shows the offer and all the feedback if it was a feedback request. Or a links for testimonials and feedback if it was a testimonial request. The testimonials will be displayed showing the submitters picture and then their testimonial. If the member wants to use that testimonial all they need to do is click on a button that will generate the html code for it. They will need to download the photo if there is one and the code would be img scr [login to view URL] border="0" length = "70" height = "80" I would like to be able to include the 5 most recent testimonial and feedback requests on the main page, titles only, as well as the total amount of testimonials submitted by members. I would like to deal with someone who will be available for changes or additions as become necessary in the future. I'm hoping to stay around $250 for this if possible.
