This project is for fixing a few issues in an existing C++ program. Three of the issues are with logic concerning the interface and should not be too difficult. The important issue, however, concerns Audio recording. The program utilizes a custom virtual audio driver, and is designed to record windows audio and playback. The main issue though is that, on some computer systems, the playback skips. Meaning that it plays, then has a quick pause, moves forward a bit, then resumes playing - all within 1/4 of a second. We have an MP3 file that demonstrates the skipping. However, it is difficult for us to replicate the problem. On many systems, it plays just fine. The project requires that you are an expert in audio recording and playback using C++.
