Drupal or Joomla CMS for XML File

I have a little Flash music player that runs from an XML file (example included in ZIP file.) I want to use either Drupal or Joomla to manage the XML file. I need the ability to add/edit/delete Playlists (which are just categories) and also add/edit/delete songs (artist name, song name, album name, url to buy album, mp3 upload, and thumbnail image upload.) The XML file should be dynamically generated whenever the content is updated. I know that Drupal and Joomla probably aren't set up to generate XML files, so you would need to create a custom module or customize the system or even make a PHP script to generate the XML file from the CMS's database. I want to use an open-source CMS instead of creating my own because I have other projects coming up that I want to use the same open-source CMS on, so please don't say I should create a custom CMS. (If you do good on this project I will have a lot more work!) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
