Multiple Account Webmail Package

My ISP has banned me from sending emails through their server via outlook. But I've got a business to run even though I'm a student at university. I have a lot of email to check but the webmail package can only check one email at time. I don't have time for that. This is what I need. I need an application that I can put on my server and check all my email through my browser in the one place. I'm looking for an application that just does the basics but is similar to outlook as in a email account directory tree on the left and your email listed on the right. I need to add numerous IMAP emails. Will consider POP accounts but not at this time this will be an extra to the program afterwards as additional work. It will need to work like outlook as in you can read, delete, send etc etc and it will change the mail in your account. It would be good if gmail accounts can be incorporated. Thanks for your bid.
