**Description **We are looking for a coder to extend a Web based SMS gateway. This will be developed for an Windows ASP server with a Microsoft SQL server back-end. You will be working with a pre-existing front-end, and you will be provided with the source code for the current system. The web site is structured as follows: **Login Page** **Main Page** Here you will be able to write and send your SMS. It will include fields for the mobile number, an address book, and the message to be sent. **Add Contact Page** This is accessed from the Main Page - from this page you can enter a name and mobile number, which will then be added to the address book on the front page. **Edit/Delete Contacts** Accessed from the Main Page - here any number in the address book can be edited or deleted. **Sent Messages** Accessed from Main Page - this will be a log of all messages that have been sent. In the main column you will see every message sent that month, and down the side column you will be able to access every previous month since the user first started. **Admin access** The admin section will allow the administrator to add and delete logins/passwords. This page will allow the admin to add a login/password one at a time, or upload a list in an Excel (preferred) or comma delimited format (CSV). Also the admin will be given the ability to delete any user in the database. **SMS Gateway** Understanding of how the SMS gateway works can be derived from the source code. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
