WebSite Update , Need Fresh Look and PHP'ing

have a website that shows free internet tv. However I would like my website to look at function like these two sites combined (1)[login to view URL] (2)[login to view URL] . I would like a similar look with similar options and functions. I have all the channels stored in a [login to view URL] which would need to be implemented in the script to show all the channels .. and to hide the url or stream link from preventing others from copying it. There is one new feature I need implemented .. I would like an option to allow members or guest to upload there tv shows or movies something like [login to view URL] .. peekvid uses youtube. But I would the option of allowing several other sites like yahoo , etc. Please check out peekvid and see how it works .. It's rather simple but I would like it to function just the same.
