Update and Enhance Web Site and Design Email Template

Things to do to the web site. 1. I want to add the ability that if somebody wants a download of a file (PDF), then they have to fill out a contact form and the file will be sent to them in an email to their address. If they download multiple files in the same visit, I don't want them to have to fill in the form multiple times. 2. Add a graphic on main site landing page: “New Clients" or "News" or "Hot Stuff" that would be interesting things for the viewer to learn. I also need to easily be shown how to point that to a web page, how to point that to a file also. 3. Add a new page that would be titled (HOT Stuff) in the tab and would have on it short descriptions of press releases, newsletters, email campaigns, and content. I will write the content. Each would have a brief headline and then a very brief (one sentence) description of that is in the document, and a link to that document, which I will also write. Downloads are done the same as in #1 above. Things to do in designing a very simple email form. 4. A simple but attractive email form that would work on MailChimp as a template. Nothing fancy. I can share with you some ideas and examples I have. Also if the receiver of the email wants to get another document that is referenced in the email (Like: "Sign up for additional information..." they get the contact form that I referenced in #1 above. But if the link is simply to the web address or something where the individual doesn’t download a document, there is no requirement for them to give me their contact information. I have posted this project before and did not award it, but I must not have done it correctly or did not specify things as I should have, so I am sorry if you are reading this again.
