Edit existing poll making website

Here is the website: [login to view URL] My last coder vanished so I need someone to do what he was going to do here is the email I sent him to do: I want to put a real poll on the front page which I can edit randomly. (over the partner links) I don't know how you want to do this. In the first step the * usually means required and when I show people the site thats one of the first comments I get. I think it will be best to just put an * on the title. And on the writing on the bottem putting "*Required field, all others are optional (as in, you can leave it blank), and we will never user your email for naughty purposes." Second step: You can add fields with out anything on them which screws around in the third step. Also I think there should be both a delete field and an edit field, take a look at [login to view URL] Third Step: You will see that it refreshes A LOT we need to make it smooth, ajax will fix this So the AJAX fix will be good.
