Adobe Air Developer Needed...

I need an experienced Adobe Air programmer to create a program that will be installed on the users computer and connect to my server to download data and verify subscription is current. This program will contain user uploaded URL information, this can be uploaded a single URL at a time or import hundreds at a time through an Excel file import. The program will then find the URL on the website (verify it is live), find the PR of the page the URL is posted on, find the anchor text used for the URL, find if the URL is approved, find if the page that the URL is posted is indexed, find if the cashed date is after the date the URL was posted on the page and find the Page Rank for the home page of the site where the URL is posted. With the findings the URL's in the database will be color coded. This is the first phase of the project, once this is completed there are two more features to be added. If you do good work, fast and easy to work with I will keep you on staff for the rest of the work. Once the product is completed I will need to have you work on maintenance and other upgrades to the software. This can be a long term job. When applying: 1. Tell me why I should hire you. 2.
