312327 Clone Spuko Add Script

The project that I would like done is a custom Myspace Friend train with at least 50 to 80 riders on the main page. The key feature would be when someone new adds themselves to the top, it will knock the person in the last spot off the train. This way the train never clears, and it just keeps moving someone up the train until they fall off. The top portion of the page will be all the VIP Members. I would like a button on the top of the page (Ex: JOIN VIP), requesting the user to input their user URL which will link them to a new page with their Myspace profile photo and a PayPal button.
