JavaScript or PHP Redirect Script Needed

I am currently using a JavaScript to randomly show one of two different images with a different link for each image. The links open in the same window. HERE'S WHAT I NEED... 1) I need someone to tell me how to open them in a new window (need this answer ASAP) 2) I need the new window to open up to a certain height and width with no URL bar (need this within the next day) This can be done via JS or PHP.
