The project is to create a PHP based html checker. I provide a quality service to my users, and all I ask in return is that they link back to my site.
However, I cannot check this manually. I need a script that will be able to check through my member's websites and let me know of any that do not link back to my site.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

_A PHP script with the following functions:
- Take web-addresses from a column in a MYSQL database
- Check to see if each site contains a certain "href"
- Check to see if each site contains our special HTML code
- All web addresses are in [[login to view URL]][1] format. You need to somehow make sure that the *index* is checked.
- Either:
1.) Add a field in the database which indicates that the site does not link back to us, and add a simple status report to each member's profile
2.) Send an email to the member (and ourselves) informing them that they have violated our TOSs.
