We are a resume editing service. We are in a need of having a database driven web application built aka the Document Management System. The DMS system will be used to assign work to resume writers and approve or reject the work that they turn in. It will have a messaging capability via email, accounts for both super admin, admin and resume writer (users) aka workers. The DMS will also be used for rating the quality of the work turned in as well as recording of payments to workers per each resume order. The attached DMS design document illustrates what is being asked to be developed. There are also UML diagrams available in DIA format which will be given to the chosen developer. Some development work has already been done at this point. A SQL Server database has already been built. We have an incomplete web application project done in Visual Studio 2010 with some basic C# code. This work can possibly be used. We are not tied to Microsoft based architecture so the chosen developer can continue in C#/SQL Server or use open source via PHP/MySQL. We can provide hosting for either platform. The deadline for completing the project is January 15th. This is not negotiable. There will be weekly deadlines assigned through which progress will be monitored. The budget for the project is $1000. This also is not negotiable.
