This app should be very easy for someone to write who is experienced with developing applications for Windows Mobile 5.0 using VB.NET. It must be written using VB.NET 2005. You can use the freely available Windows Mobile 5.0 Developer Resource Kit to be able to add Windows Mobile 5.0 projects to Visual Studio 2005 as well as have an emulator for testing. We want a very simple database driven application. We would prefer that this database is not SQL Mobile Edition. It should use the eDB database support built in to Windows Mobile 5.0 The database will have two tables: Customers: ID (unique identifier - auto increment) CustName (Customer Name varchar 150) ServiceLog: ID (unique identifier - auto increment) CustNameID (related to ID of customer in Customers table) Date (date datatype) StartTime (datatime or other datatype to store time) EndTime (datatime or other datatype to store time) Mileage (datatype to store mileage with decimal point) Notes (text datatype to store large text entry) User will be shown a form where they can select the Customer Name from a drop down which is a list from the Customers table, then select date and time using date and time controls, then enter mileage in a text field, and notes in large text field. When they click save, this information is stored in the ServerLog table. That's it!

## Platform
Windows Mobile 5.0 The device we are using is a Treo 700w, but the emulator in the Windows Mobile 5.0 Developer Kit should be fine for testing.
