Need Joomla development for Long Term

Looking to hire and establish a business relationship with experienced and professional joomla developer for the long term. Got dozens of sites to work on and develop custom made joomla based templates for us, we will need you for the long term as we always in need of some kind of a work to be done, new sites developed and adding an extra things to the old sites. Requirements: 1) Must have strong experience in Joomla, php, mysql (especially optimized queries), cross-browser html 2) Must be a company of at least 3 people so there is no interruption in work (no individuals) 3) Must be able to communicate over gmail on daily bases 4) Must be able to test thoroughly and deliver on time 5) Must have a local server environment to be used as a development server (upon task implementation -- to be transfered to our production server). 6) The sites you will develop must pass the W3C Markup Validation Service. 7) All the templates must be SEO friendly 8) The work must be professional and highest quality possible 9) Must have a graphic designer skills as its part of our templates/projects 10) You must be able to manipulate images for backgrounds, logos, and other things to create an appealing design. You need to have graphic design software to complete this task and must be a professional at it. 11) You must have examples of your work that you can show us. People who simply reply that they are interested will not be considered. You must provide a portfolio with a live finished Joomla site example. 12) Able to project manage your development of the site and ask for content and direction when needed. Poor communicators or people who communicate infrequently are not desirable. We want someone who will help us manage the task of getting this done, not someone else we have to manage. 13) Must be complete with the deadlines, no more then 2 weeks will be given to complete the project Design, functionality and SEO friendly sites is all what we all about and thats the main factors that you should be considering. Paying around $350 for each template you develop which must be completed with all the requirements stated above. Paying additional $30 to intstall the same template that you have created for us with many little modifications on any of our other sites.
