A Saudi Real Estate Portal

** This is a repost for adding more details about the project. This project calls for developing a full web portal for real estate in Saudi Arabia. The website can be either a customized template providing the features and add-ins listed in this document or a website developed from scratch. In summary, the scope of the project includes the following: • Developing the CMS system or customizing existing templates to our needs as listed in this document. • All the models detailed below should be included. • Creating all the graphics for the website excluding the logo which will be provided by us. • Loading the website on a hosting server. Bidders should indicate whether hosting is included in the bid. If excluded, please indicate the cost of hosting. All bidders should provide the details of the hosting service (size, annual fees, security, location, etc.) • Conducting an initial Search engine optimization. Any needed information for this purpose (i.e. key words or indices) will be provided in the future communication. Due to the low competition in the field of real estate in Saudi Arabia in the web, it is expected that the search engine optimization will improve our ranking for searches on “real estate in Saudi Arabia” in Arabic to the top five websites. • Ensuring browsers compatibility and fast response of the system. Any slowness in the search engine or the website services will not be accepted. • Install the code of Google Analytics in the website. • Provide designed banners (standard size for ads) for the website to be used by us in advertising in the internet.
