TurnKey Jewellery Website Development with Auto CSV Datafeed & Inventory Integration from Dropshipper and On Page Seo

I'm looking for a developer to make my jewellery store website which uses dropshippers to sell [login to view URL] Page SEO is also required ( 20 low and medium competition keywords including in-domain keyword ) turnkey / ready to work from day 1. The website should look and feel like [login to view URL] (clone) with my logo which will be provided by myself and all the functions / menus, product filter etc should be like my dropshipper www.jgoodin.com. I already have dropshipping accounts with 2 suppliers, 1 which provides product datafeed csv and hourly updated xml file but might require image downloading and description downloading.I need automated inventory integration with the dropshipper who provides csv datafeed and hourly updated xml [login to view URL] other dropshipper does not provide csv so manual downloading and editing will be required but this one has very less product quantities. I will require a function to change price from price on datafeed csv and currency on all products as dropshippers are from US and my website will have customers in EU. I want banners like [login to view URL] and can help in choosing banners but would prefer the developer be creative with the banner images and text on it as you will be looking at onpage seo as well. To be within my budget you can use a template or something open source like word press / woo commerce or magento as long as it works , has the above mentioned look and [login to view URL] commerce has some very attractive free plugins like exporting store to facebook , 10% off vouchers for liking and sharing on facebook etc but it needs work on functions like product filter,again if you can get the look and functions on other platforms I dont mind which platform template is used.
