Outlook Toolbar Plugin to save files

Hi, Development environment VB6 or VB.net DB Access: Pull info from MS Access XP DB using ADO deliver source code and executable - we will not redistribute source but rather potentially modify/recompile Users store most information in Outlook XP/2003 folders in local PST files User needs to save emails and in some cases attachments onto a network file server Desire a button on the Outlook toolbar that would open a form that cycles through selected emails and prompt the user for the folder into which the file should be saved. Form requires 2 pull down boxes that are populated from tables in access db. Variables for Acces DB and Parent Folder on network should be configurable from the app File system Folders are associated with records in a table in an Access database (tblCompanies) Process will save into the folder associated with the selected company Process will need to query tblCompanies so the user can select the company that should be associated with the email body (that will be saved as HTML or text) and/or attachments Need to save/select email body and a variable number of attachments without popping up form for each element. User should have option to set a flag to send a notification to a person associated with the company record letting them know that a file has been added to a company with which this person is associated. Process should update a table in the Access database (tblCompanyFiles - this has a CompanyID key from the tblCompanies) so a user of the database can see files that have been associated with the company Should be deployed from a network drive integration that will not result in Outlook VBA/Macro Security warnings integration that allows user to maintain Outlook Macro Security level at high ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. In the mdb file are two tables that will not actually, exist, they are just there to create samples.
