Very nice website needed for a restaurant

Looking for very nice website for a restaurant. We have several examples of what we are looking for. The client website is here, <[login to view URL]> and as you can see it is very dated and does not look nice by todays standards. We are looking for a flash site or at least one that uses many flsah designs so that is has a very classy look and everything is smooth. We need very modern look as you will see below. You will need to provide mockups of the site you are building so we can approve. We will send you photos of the restaurant as we will not be using any stock photos. You will need to be very good at enhancing photos and making them look very good by adjusting the lighting and other attributes, we will send very hi res image for your editing Please see the following we love this site: <[login to view URL]> we like the use of space and color of these <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> We have plenty of time but we need someone to be responsive and available when we need them to communicate. Then entire site should be done in about three weeks but we need to get started asap. We will use a lot of the content off of the current site but we will update all pictures and menus. We will have images of each of the room to do, sort of a tour through the restaurant. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
