The site main page will display the Question Form and below that the posted questions. d. Question Form: users can type a question, select option to push to the community or not. e. Upon submission the question is added to the workflow queue of the master account if not pushed to the community. f. Once answer is submitted, it will be pushed to the user profile. g. Community members can answer the question if pushed to community. h. The answers are publicly viewable in the community forum. Questions: a. What are the user profile data required. Who accesses the master account and what features/functionality you require for the master account. c. The master account user can able to answer the user question ? d.
