If you cannot meet the above requirements, don't bother sending a proposal at all.
Day 1 and 2 - 40% of project completed, and 35% payment released once completed with minimal bugs and issues.
Day 3 and 4 - 40% of project completed, and 35% payment released once completed with minimal bugs and issues.
Day 5 - 20% of project completed, bugs and issue fixed.
Day 6 - Final check and fixing of remaining issues. Final 30% payment will be released.
Day 7 - Additional Day
We will only create 1 milestone at a time. So we will create, a 35% milestone initially, and release it once task is completed. Then we will create another 35% milestone, and release it once task is completed again.
Dead lines need to be met strictly, otherwise we will hire another freelancer, and milestone should be cancelled without delay. We may be slightly flexible with the timeline, but that depends on our judgement on whether you are capable of completing the entire project within a desirable duration. Should there be any dispute, the deadline stated above is final.
All codes must be sent to us and has to work well on our server as well before considered as completed.

Shortlisted freelancers will be briefed again thoroughly, with our website as reference.
Only selected freelancer will receive our codes.
Things to do and work on are in attached word doc. Take note that this list might be adjusted, taking out some point and adding new ones. But there will be nothing major. Therefore, in the case we do edit the list, budget will be a 100-200 SGD difference +/- depending if we added to it or not. This will be discussed again before commencement of project.
Take note that these points are to be applied to both admin AND user sites, unless otherwise stated or advised.
We will give support on our end, and sit through with you to guide you with the changes that is needed to be made, so you won't have to rework or stress over how to do it.
Interested freelancers should be flexible to certain reasonable changes along the way, if there is a dispute inbetween a milestone, NO payment will be released and we will not get the codes. Milestone should be cancelled. Should you feel there is a need for a dispute, it is stated here that at any point we are not satisfied with the service or your work, we will not require any codes, and payment will not be released as well.
Nevertheless, on our end, we will try our best to not make any changes as we need the project completed ASAP.
