Franchise a Business + Build a Website with Data Migration to Magento v2

We are looking for business partner(s) to franchise our business overseas from Singapore, depending on your locality. You must be keen on running this new e-commerce business operation (we will guide you), while having the contact(s) or controls a team of web developers so that the e-commerce store will continually be robust and feature packed. We are in the Audio industry, currently focused on portable audio products such as headphones, earphones, speakers, audio players, etc. We would like to assure that this business proposal has only a very low risk, and does not require heavy financial investment. However, 100% commitment is necessary. We are currently running our headphones/earphone e-commerce store on Magento v1.9.0.1. We would like to upgrade to Magento v2 with multi-vendor and multi-store support. Should you be able to recommend another e-commerce platform which might be better one compared to Magento v2, we are keen to explore and discuss. Regarding multi-vendor plugin, we are likely to go with: VNECOMS Magento2 Marketplace, unless you can recommend another better suited for our business. Upon succcessful installation and configuration, we will need to migrate the following from our Magento v1.9.0.1 store: 1) About 15,000 Magento orders 2) About 5,000 products 3) About 12,000 customer information (includes rewards points balance) 4) All Rewards points transaction records (aheadWorks points and rewards plugin) 5) Reports and more... 6) About 30-40 extensions currently installed (installation of new Magento v2 extensions may be done, so long as it serves the same purpose as our current extensions) It is expected for the migration be tested with a staging environment prior to live migration.
