android store inventory application

PLEASE READ ENTIRE PROJECT PROPOSAL BEFORE YOU ENTER YOUR BID!!! Must Have Android App and Mysql Experience! looking for a developer to build an inventory management application for me to maintain product stock for my business. Currently my main store cash register (point of sale system) is connected to mysql workbench database. i will need the application to connect to the database remotely for live product data so that i can update stock information such as current in-stock, stock-security, stock-maximum, product-description, product-category, product-tax category, product-buyprice, product-sellprice. features must include remote connection to existing mysql database through ip address on settings tab where user inputs ip address, db-name, db-user, db-password stock taking tab: where user scans barcode and inputs amount received to update current stock on hand. but lets say user scans barcode and item is not available in the system database, i would like for the user to be asked to add new item to inventory list within the app. reorder tab: user can select product category or all categories to print out products running low stock quantity so that i can purchase from my vendors. new item tab: this tab will have 10 fields as follows: 1)barcode: user can scan item or input manually 2)reference: user can scan item or input manually 3)name: user manually inputs product name 4)buy price: user manually inputs product buy price 5)sell price: user manually inputs product selling price 6)stock security: user inputs minimum stock qty for product 7)stock maximum: user inputs maximum stock qty on hand for product 8)**Product category**: user selects product category from drop down menu of available categories in the database. 9)product tax status: user selects tax status from drop down menu of available tax status in the database 10)in-catalog: this is a check box user can choose whether to select if he wants item to show in the main catalog of the system.
