Building an auto-scalable multi-server Wordpress/Woocommerce cluster with a load balancer in Digital Ocean, with attached SSD storage and Cloudflare CDN

Dear Developer, I'd like to ask help from someone, who has deep knowledge about building an AUTO-scalable multiserver cluster with a load balancer in Digital Ocean. The cluster must be auto-scalable with attached SSD storage and Cloudflare CDN. (all instructions are below, but modifications must be done to put it all together, please look also into comments in the guides for useful information) This is not the usual server, please read ALL the requirement before replying!! My budget for this is around $200- $ 250, I need it quickly as possible. I basically know how things should be but I may need some support from you in the future to be sure that all is configured optimally by Expert. I'm working on a NEW WooCommerce website with a limited budget. It will be a big store (product quantity wise) with many thousands of products from the beginning. I want the website to be as fast as possible. There will be a lot of load in the back-end and hopefully will be a lot of load on the front-end as well in the future. I'd like to get server system right from the beginning and scale from there. So my idea is: I'll use auto scalable 3 server/droplet setup from Digital Ocean with the load balancers. So that some droplets will take care of the backend product updating and when my team does editing, orders and so on, some droplets work for the front end with a balanced load. We want the server to be fast, future-proof and scalable as possible.
