Bulk email system

Pradita technosoft is a Startup company. we have received a requirement for bulk email system. We already have a software, The software needs to be modified as Image templet modifier and addition of some features required. These are the following. Everything should be responsive in nature. The programming required is into core PHP. The mail integrations required are MailGun and ANS.. 1) Report number of emails delivered, failed and read. Email receiver if someone clicks on the button like " MORE INFORMATION" it should notified with the senders email id and the number of such actions performed. 2) Additional follow up mails incase for the people who haven’t read the mail feature (Mail automatically scheduled for given no of days). 3.) Option for cleaning the records (Junk Cleanup, incase not responded within the time as per setting), option for no. of days, as selected by the user. 4.) The Image templet editor integration is required for modification of templets. 5.) Bulk email sending templets, as the option is already present, needs a little variation, as styles to be responsive on mobile devices. 6.) Hosting is supposed to be done on AWS Server.
