Client and vendor Portal

Looking to develop a client and a vendor workspace that will allow communication between the 2 groups each with their own dashboard layout and functionality. Clients, will be able to request information or a request to become a new client of the selected vendor. Should work with WordPress. Vendor dashboard will allow viewing of assigned clients and any new client that registers on the system. Communication will be private, unless shared or invited. Vendors will have specific folders that they can upload files to a specific client that are private and no other user can see unless granted access. Ability to create a client/vendor template of all the setups, default pages and shared folders, that will allow duplication when a new client comes onboard.
