I have an app that export data to an excel sheet the first line contains the field names and the each line the data from the form, I need to process every line and convert to individual pdf . also I need to to scan line one and put what ever list listed and put on the pdf as it may change and I dont want to hard code the data to the for as it will change, another part will be the images are saved to a http address , that will need to be pulled into the pdf as a picture and it may have more than one, One feild is alos GPS location. This can be web based or desktop app I'm flexible. Please bid for the project and dont bid low and then after I accept rise the bid price
