We are open to any service for the video feed, like nextcloud talk app or other third parties that provide webrtc. We need an 2-way always-on video chat feature on the chat feature of our website for visitors. Its a real estate website and we have a dedicated house for sale landing page, currently the support feature is with zendesk chat app and they don't provide a video option. I want to have an always on video chat that is 2 ways with the other side support being the real estate agent selling the house and the visitor side being the home buyer that is having questions about the house. The video should be one click access without having to create an account, just an "open live video feed" button and they video chat automatically opens up and pings the agent on the other side that a client wants a video chat. Our current framework is Laravel php. Here is a sample site of the website we currently have where the video feed would be placed on the lower right of the website for instant connection.
