Create Dashboard and agent for windows PC

The price for this job is $350.00 I am currently looking for someone to build a online dashboard , 1 for customer login, partner login and for admin login. I also need an install Agent created I currently have a powershell that runs on local computers and does a series of task. I need the powershell script turned into a secure agent that will be installed on local computers and communicate with the dashboard. The powershell script currently downloads files daily from a secure cloud and runs locally on each machine. I want to take it to the next level and start using license keys that download from the cloud and run Each agent will need a license that can be turned on or off in the cloud I know I don’t have everything included and I can’t think of everything that will go with the settings but I am sure if you are awarded the job, you will figure it out. I am looking for a long term relationship as after we get this up and working I want to take it to the next phase.
