Create Wordpress Plugin for Images

I need a Wordpress plugin that does the following : 1. Display images in frontend. 2. Every image has its title next to it. 3. The layout of the first line is : IMAGE - TITLE, the second line will be TITLE - IMAGE, third will be IMAGE - TITLE, and so on. 4. Images (and titles) will appear on scroll, one by one. 5. Images (and titles) will fade in when entering screen. 6. Images (and titles) will fade out when exiting a screen. 7. The titles will be moving slower than images, so when images (and titles) are entering the screen, the title will be next to the top of the image, when image is centered, the title will be centered next to image and when exiting the screen the title will be next to the bottom of the image. 8. The images will be overlapping each other, making an effect like a cylinder. (almost like the effect shown here [login to view URL]) 9. When user scrolls down and reaches images, he gets "locked" in the cylinder and two arrows appear so he can get out. The arrows will be on top and bottom of the cylinder and will point to the top and bottom of the page. 10. The layout must be responsive. 11. The admin will choose the image and title and where these are pointing to (ahref).
