customise wordpress classifieds site

1. i want a plugin that will automatically assign a random unique code to a product posted by a user. the plugin should show a button on the side bar of the product details page, that will display a pop up with the Item's unique code and "Please use this Unique Code as reference when paying for this item " when clicked. 2. Need an mobile money(MTN Ghana, Vodafon Ghana, AirtelTigo Ghana) payment API that a user can pay for an item directly on the site using his mobile money wallet by just inserting his Phone number and the system will process and send alert message asking the user to insert his pin code and confirming. which ever one will be possible is welcome either point 1 or 2 Note my budget is $20
