Fix the code for newsletters in PHP

I am looking for a freelancer who are expert in PHP. I have got a problem with my code as when I click on the send a test hyperlink, I will not be able to fetch the correct ID to post it via AJAX as I will always get the last id on PHP when I click on the first one. I also need some help with the on and off button to turn them on or off when I have the enabled and disabled text in a database. I have got no idea how to check them with the database to turn the button on or off and I have got no idea how I can update in a database when I click on the button to turn it on and off to store it in a database. And also I want you to create two new files to write the code to set up the timer in few seconds as I want to use it to send the email and the other one is for to checking and updating the database for each 24 hours. When I have the day_cycle 1, then I want to update it to day_cycle 2 and add the datetime stamp to 24 hours so when the time pass in the next 24 hours, I want to update it again to day_cycle 3 to set up the datetime stamp to another 24 hours. It must follow on how many newsletters I have in a database and each contact will have different day cycle, like I mean if I have 5 newsletters and if I have 2 different contacts have added in a different time then it must start from 0 to 5. If I have 3 newsletters then it must start from 0 to 3 then stop so when I click on a button it will set these contacts to go back to 0 to start all over again. If you can be able to do these 3 jobs for $60 at the same price it will be great. You must use your own web hosting or server to test on my script.
