Help setting up a vHost in WAMPSERVER 3.0.6 with PHP7.0

We have a Windows desktop acting as a webserver running WAMPSERVER 3.0.6 32-bit with Apache 2.4.23 and PHP 5.6.25 on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. All these versions are needed to the current websites running on the computer. However, we have a different project that we hired in freelancer that requires the Laravel framework, which in turns requires PHP 7. The machine has PHP 7 in the following path: "C:\wamp\bin\php\php7.0.10\" We need help running PHP7 on a single vHost. We tried setting it up in multiple ways using information from the Internet but clearly need help. The vhost config file is attached.
