Mobile application and website

Hi, im looking to build a mobile application for delivery. customers should be able to create a username and password through the website or through the mobile application " iOS and Android " and then browse through the products, they can buy and choose to either pay with credit card or cash on delivery. the system should give me the ability to add products through and admin control panel and the products should be reflected on both the website and the mobile application. customers login username and password should be the same for both website and mobile applications. i would also like the customers to pin point their address through the application not only entering the street address. the system should also allow me to make offers, for example, if you buy 5 boxes of this product you will get the 6 box on 50% or something like that. i also need a loyalty system enabled on the system, so customers can collect points if they buy through me and they can also redeem them. i need an application for my drivers, the application will allow them to see the customer profile, address, order, and most importantly will allow my driver to navigate to the customer location through google maps. the website and application should be in english and arabic with the ability to add more languages if needed.
