Modify WooCommerce Product Bundles Plugin (with dynamic discounts)

Product pricing is based on bulk quantities for products in a bundle, and pricing is not being calculated properly in cart. The issue I need solved is that pricing is being calculated based on total quantity in the cart, instead of quantity within the bundle (parent product). Example: "Product Bundle" has multiple single products (A, B, C...), when a customer purchases the bundle, they select the quantity of A, B, and C on the product page to build their own custom bundle. Each individual product in a bundle has dynamic pricing, so depending on chosen quantity, buying A: quantity 1 x A = $1.00, 2 x A = $0.98, 3 x A = $0.96, 4 x A = $0.94... (B and C have their own pricing). This all already works perfectly, even when buying one bundle with chosen quantities of each product, the dynamic pricing is calculated correctly. The problem arises when another bundle is added to the cart. If 2 bundles are configured, the pricing will be calculated based on the total amount of child products. Example with the same pricing from before: If "Product Bundle with (2 x A, 2 x B, 2 x C)" is added to cart AND "Product Bundle with (1 x A, 1 x B, 10 x C)", the price of A is calculated as if it's (3 x A = $0.96), when the correct functionality should be (2 x A = $0.98) for the 1st bundle and (1 x A = $1.00) for the second bundle. They are already separate line items in the cart, but the dynamic pricing rules are applying based on total quantity of product A in the cart, instead of quantity of product A in the bundle.
