If an email has arrived from particular email id with the 'scheduled start time' (e.g., Scheduled Start Time: 11/25/2017 07:30:00 PM) in the body of the email the macro has to pick the date and time and the email should be flagged. The reminder should be automatically set at scheduled start time on outlook. I also want explanation/assistance to execute and modify (if necessary) the script.

Well, you don't need to execute that by yourself. Outlook will do by itself. I can write a code which will place a meeting once the given criteria meets.
