Hi, I'm looking for somebody to create a module that works with Perfex CRM that will allow me to create a questionnaire-based form, with picture attachment which will be accessed by the admin, once they've submitted the document this will be accessible by the respectful client only and therefore should contain a password salt or cookie within the link that forces them to log in to their account to view the surveyor like the report. The output document should be listed on a page similar to the vies Perfex already uses but with a traffic light rating and based on the input data also displaying images that were uploaded. This is to create a building surveyor report that can be exported as a PDF or emailed as HTML based report. Knowledgebase [login to view URL]
