I want a price comparison site to be built on Yii2. Basic functions: - Built-in data crawler that can fetch data from ANY site, like Amazon, eBay and such. For ideas how to implement these, there are numerous WordPress plugins that will do this or PHP-scripts (Kaon Software price comparison script is one). See a production site [login to view URL]!deals - Crawler will update data (prices) and do scheduled runs - Crawler will create associated categories and subcategories (if non-existent) - Crawler will identify the product and adds another merchant (as it's how the price comparison needs to be done). - Crawler will include the link to the products - CSV, XML-support for file-import (upload or URL) - Crawl Image URLs as well and the images will be used on the products Backend: - CMS, like WordPress etc - Crawler settings of course - Custom CSS box The frontend will be using a prebuilt html theme. - Search bar needs to be like Kaon Software (auto complete ajaxified. Also, WordPress plugins are found for these) So on and all, there's solutions for my project, but not built on Yii2. I don't have the technical skills to do the project.
