Project Support - web development

Looking for a talented and experienced mid-senior web developer with a penchant for project management to help us with planning, development and project management Background Medical research-based IT-enabled small bootstrapped start-up Product live, going through lean development, market testing and customer acquisition In-house technical lead to manage software development Planning to expand modules / functionality work with custom php+framework (laravel) Qualifications, responsibilities and assignment: Candidate Will support in preparation of a development plan for upcoming functionalities / modules. This means, the person should be able to provide advices per technical expertise, lean software methodology and project management strategies. Should be contactable easily over call, emails and instant messages. Need not be expert, but should be able to talk, write and understand English. Should have experience and command over PHP with at least 5 years of experience in PHP development. Should have experience and command over PHP frameworks with at least 2 years of experience in developing projects with PHP frameworks. Laravel will be preferred. Should have experience (at least 5 years) in project management of Php-based web development. Should have completed projects in PHP, PHP frameworks and project management responsibilities, as per above details.
