Rebuild my website from scratch

This is my template... This is my Website... [login to view URL] I want for someoen to go and make the site again all over with same functions but I want you to build it from scratch.. And i want you to do it in a way that it all works Extra features Event page Multi Vendor accounts Message area with delete button Csv bulk import for Restruant and cars Facebook and social media Pop up for login Categorie Slider on all pages All user information such as opening times and personal information is added to the post ad so they dont have to add it them selves Drop down Facebook social media Like box at the bottom of the page News letter on the footer Google languages for all languges Location Keep the design of the plan and pricing page Make sure site is fast. Create the live chat between admin and users Social media share button (its already there but make sure it shares the right stuff) set up the featured ad set up the payment portion Make sure the our agents page is working Make sure no links back to the directory Make sure the nearest city function is created and working order.. i want that done last. Because i want a site with it.. And i want the site to be with out it.. I would like if the people could post events.. And it has different categoires.. Like party events or speaking events... that way i can set prices.. If possible.. It is not needed Make sure the message area has delete button Sliders on all category pages On post pages i want banners for advertisement Search bar on the left hand side on the main page..
