Ok let me be very clear on the scope here, I have an existing website that is in need of an upgrade and requires maybe a new HTML / CSS template with a wow factor slide shows, animated buttons etc, - how you do that will be up to you. I need you to show me some of your work. It needs to be a mobile / iPad friendly template that will work across all devices You need to have an extensive portfolio i can view of similar templates you have done. The template needs to be a template that I can edit in Microsoft expression or similar. The content you can download from the original website, [login to view URL] The price you put forward will be the fixed and final fee, there is no bartering no extras, i don't care to be told it is too hard, or we just quoted that price to discuss the job, the hired website builder may get another 3-4 jobs straight away, you first need to prove yourself and be on time and with quality. The website needs to be done in the next 24 hours, as i have been let down by a previous company that had a lot of promises, If you cannot achieve this deliverable - please do not bid for the sake of it !!
