Scrape the Internet to identify which well used hashtag's are available to purchase as .com

Looking for someone to develop a utility which identifies all available .com's that are available with no current owner, at a point in time that have more than a specified number of hashtags on twitter/instagram. (please see attachment for a example of the fields requiring to be sorted on). Hoping to work to a budget of £50, but am flexible for the right freelancer. In short the utility would work as follows; 1. User enters a part of a word they would want including in a web URL, For example if they wanted to start a football related website, they could type the word football 2. They could enter the start and end date that they want to see which url with football in it has had the most #'s on twitter/instagram that are still available to purchase as .com's (if left blank it would show the most popular of all time). For example if they want to identify emerging terms, they might put the start and end date in as the last week only. 3. The user would state the minimum numbers of #'s the term would have to have had 4. The user would decide whether to search twitter/instagram or both 5. They could decide if they wanted to look for other extensions than .com (if left blank then it would just search for .com's) Upon then searching the query would pull back a list of the most popular .com's still available with the chosen term within in. For example in the example of football, all .com's that have over a stated number of #'s., but contain the word football in it would show. For example if fantasyfootball was available then this would appear and it would show that it has x'000 number of hashtags. The app will be able to be run from a computer, or also able to be embedded in a wordpress website with a code you will provide. I will be able to choose the number of hashtags requirement and whether it is instagram/twitter/both, and then the utility would show all available .com's. Additional optional fields that can be specified will be; *Between dates - to identify number of hashtags between certain dates *word to contain - to show all available web addresses that are available that contain a specified word, and have a specified number of hashtag results *additional extensions - if I wanted to identify additional extensions that are available other than .com Appreciate there may be some limitations to exactly what can be achieved, but as the expert you would be able to advise if this is the case ahead of accepting the project.
