SGIC Client Tracker

This is the spreadsheet we are currently using. (SGIC Customer records per hour) We fill in the numbers into the top correct columns and then the column graph, (ignore the line graph), it’s a time waster for all involved and we want to streamline this process. What we are after is: • an internet site or program with 5 logins • that looks similar to the Word attachment I’ve sent you, with clickable buttons • records the buttons that are clicked and registers it by the hour for data • auto generates column graph like the one on the excel spreadsheet so we can register the volume of what is going on per time throughout the week In another window we would like another one for how clients get to the SGIC branch. I’ve also attached the spreadsheet we use for this one. (SGIC Visitors) and we’d like it to look very simple. After you log in there should be an option to select the buttons that say claims call, claims walk ins, Quotes & New Walk ins etc and inc how they got into the branch eg car (if it's car where they parked), public transport etc • It will need to auto generate graphs and charts like the ones in the spreadsheet per year. • If they click the car option a drop down menu will appear with the options I’ve written in the word document for selection. That’s all I can think of for now. Are you able to create something like this??
