Hello, I need a VAS (Value-Added Services) platform development engineer to be hosted by telephone operators. The mission is to design and develop the web service platform that will be connected to the various services such as IN, SMPP, etc. of the telephone operator. The platform must be able to manage SMS sending services at the consultation or by weekly or monthly subscription or in consultation by USSD. example: - sending open pharmacies by SMS to subscribers - sending proverbs by SMS to subscribers - sending JOB and HEAL advice by SMS to subscribers The administration of the platform must be able - Update and schedule the messages that will be delivered to subscribers who have subscribed to the VAS services. - Export subscription reports, churn, unsubscribe etc ... - Promote and animate the customer base with free offers.
