Virtual machine auto provisioning using PHP, mySQL, Linux, KVM

I already have most of this project completed. I need the following: Current layout (LH *.png files attached) 1. Finish user registration (SQL insert form post to SQL DB) 2. Redesign the User Management page 2. User management -> VM Console Page (console page is created in raw format but needs virtual machine controls, HTML console integration, and a few other features) 3. Billing integration to Paypal 4. All styling to the same as the attached files (VK *.png files) (except for color changes) 5. Most of the features of VK *.png layout I would like to urgently get this project completed, please submit your proposals and explain in some way how you will complete the project and in what timeframe. If you prove to be a good and efficient programmer, I will hire you on a part time basis. Please only submit proposals if you are confident you can complete this work.
